BioMed Realty Invests In Laboratory And Office Facilities At The Babraham Research Campus
Today, the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC), Babraham Bioscience Technologies Ltd (BBT) and BioMed Realty, a Blackstone portfolio company, have announced a partnership that will see BioMed Realty signing a long-term lease on approximately eight acres of BBSRC-owned land at the Babraham Research Campus, Cambridge, U.K. The investment will enable the ground-up construction of two new buildings for growing bioscience-based companies at the campus.
