Presented by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), the TOBY Awards are among the most respected and comprehensive recognitions in commercial real estate, honoring excellence in building operations, sustainability, tenant experience, energy management, and overall asset performance.

Regional winners will then move on to the international level, with final TOBY winners announced at the 2026 BOMA International Conference & Expo in Long Beach on June 30, 2026.
