Located on the northern side of Foster City in the Bay Area’s centrally-situated San Mateo County, the Campus at Lincoln Centre’s convenient location immediately adjacent to the San Mateo Bridge is easily accessible from San Francisco, Silicon Valley and the East Bay professional and residential communities. The campus, designed to be delivered in phases is home to Illumina’s Bay Area operations, which was completed in 2017. The project includes a high-quality amenity center inclusive of a restaurant, conference facilities and health club, as well as access to a robust collection of retail and hospitality services in and around the nearby commercial community at the Highway 92 and Highway 101 interchange.

Expansion Land: Expansion of the Campus at Lincoln Centre will be accommodated through future construction of the second and final phase of the development representing a 235k SF lab office building,along with a parking structure.The additional building is flexibly configured to support a variety of tenants and scientific uses in both single-and multi-tenant configurations.
