Faraday Avenue is a two-story research and development building built in 1986, and currently used primarily as a manufacturing facility. The property is located in Carlsbad, just north of San Diego and home to many of San Diego’s biotechnology companies. The building is fully leased to Isis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a public biopharmaceutical company exploiting proprietary RNA-based drug discovery technologies to identify and commercialize novel drugs to treat diseases.
