The property is located near the Arsenal Mall in Watertown, just east of Cambridge, and offers easy access to the Mass Pike, Route 20 and Route 16. The property is fully leased to Panacos Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (previously Vitex), a public company engaged in the discovery and development of small molecule oral drugs for the treatment of HIV and other major human viral diseases.
