Bridgeview Technology Park is located in the San
Francisco East Bay area, home to a large base of
biotechnology and high-tech companies. The property
consists of three buildings containing office,
laboratory and warehouse space. Two of the buildings
were constructed in 1971 and 1977, and renovated in
1998. The third building was constructed in 2002.
Primary tenants are Cell Genesys, Inc., a public
company focused on the development and
commercialization of biological therapies for
patients with cancer, which leases space pursuant to
two triple-net leases, AstraZeneca PLC, a public company focused on the
discovery, development and manufacture of
pharmaceuticals for cardiovascular,
gastrointestinal, neuroscience, oncology,
respiratory, inflammation and infection
applications and Intarcia Therapeutics, Inc., a
biopharmaceutical company focused on the development
and commercialization of drug therapies utilizing a
novel implantable delivery technology.
