On April 13, 2010, BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. announced that it had received investment grade corporate credit ratings from Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services and Moody’s Investors Service. What is an investment grade credit rating?
- A credit rating is a published ranking that is based on detailed financial analysis conducted by a credit bureau of a company’s financial position. The rating takes into account a number of factors, including a company’s earnings potential and ability to meet its debt obligations.
